Semi-dead NAS?

Post by Ap0kalipSe »

Hi,

Over the past few days my NAS has gone a bit odd. I can access it via windows drive mappings and Twonky media will serve out files to my pc/xbox however any web based function (inc twonky mgmt) and ssh seems to be dead.

Tried the good ol' powercycle but no dice.

Cheers,
Paul.

Hi Paul,
The "qthttpd" mini web server for web page administration may be stuck.
We'd recommend to upgrade to the latest v3.3.7 firmware.

How do I do that if I can't get into the web interface?

press the powerbutton until the nas is down, power it back up and immediatly after booting upgrade the firmware
Try searching the perfect online manual, forum or the Wiki for answers before posting
