New TS-210 NAS in Derbyshire UK

Hi everyone,

I bought a TS-210 Turbo NAS last month with two 2TB drives
* Seagate Barracuda Low Power Hard Drive, 2 TB, SATA, 5900 RPM, 32MB Cache
* SAMSUNG HD203WI EcoGreen Hard Drive - 2 TB - 32 MB - 3.5" - SATA-300

I've hooked up my wife's HP Photosmart B109 to the 3rd USB port and the print server bit works fine.
We've also got a new Panasonic TV which will connect to DNLA media servers so we've done that.

Installed NetBak on both our laptops and I really like the monitoring back up functionality.

I have three concerns, but I'll post questions to another thread. To whet appetites, they are:
* Reliability - one complete failure after less than a week; one disk fell out of RAID yesterday, but was recovered/rebuilt after a reboot
* DLNA only partial success - doesn't see all folders of pictures; doesn't see audio at all
* Print server works for Vista laptop, but not for Windows 7
