Does anybody know of a modem which is compatible with the QNAP? Or have experience of connecting a modem to the QNAP?
This may sound like an odd request, but I am running slimserver and want to integrate it with telephony in order to display caller-id information. I believe it needs to be a V.92 compatible modem to get caller-id information from it.
I assume I can connect an external modem to a USB port on the QNAP, but what about drivers etc in order to be able to talk to it?

Hi Ray,
Sorry that do not support v.92 modem and provide drivers for it at the moment though your application sounds interesting.
