request ssh connection settings from internet on putty or

i want to connect to my qnap 109 pro from my work, and i read that is possible with ssh connection with admin user. But the connection is until now not succeeded.

Can somebody help me with ssh settings, can QNAP people do that pls?
It was one of the major reasons why i bougth this NAS.....

I also have some questions:
1. Can you ssh to your system in local network (Not from Internet)?
2. How do you use ssh to login?

2. Firmware version :1.1.1 Build 0831
3. Operation System (OS) :win xp pro
4. OS Language :english
5. Number of HDDs :1*
6. HDD model :seagate
7. HDD capacity :500GB
8. RAID configuration: none
9. Services enabled : Download Station, ssh connection port 22
10. External devices : none
11. NAS connection speed/ MTU (found in Network Settings>TCP/IP page) 1500 MTU

my goal is to manage the download station from internet, if it is possible,...
it must be possible because i buy it for this possibility.....

dont know the settings for ssh connection

i can not also login with ssh locally...
because i do not know the settings for ssh client.....
