Re: USB Printer Compatibility List
I was trying to use HP DeskJet 995c with my Qnap ts-101, but with no success
It just doesn't work.
Also Qnap skype support could not help me with this ....
So, seems I will have to look for another print server.

wow - surprised at how few printers are listed there! No Lexmarks, no Dell's, no Canon's, etc. et.
Hope I can get my Lexmark 3470 working! The USB printer page does seem to recognize it on the NAS's admin page, but (so far) browsing network from fin printer wizard hasn't seen it yet

Samsung ML-1610 Mono Laser Printer
Hi,
Ive got a Samsung ML-1610 Mono Laser Printer and I cant get it to work with the QNAP 201.
I can see it all ok on the QNAP USB Printer page, I an install all ok through windows, but I cannot click on the printer icon or print to the printer. When I do click on the icon the window just freezes up and I have to do ctl alt del and end task. It’s the same on any PC. I realy would like to use this printer over the network via the 201.
Any ideas QNAP??
Thanks

TS-209 Pro and HP LaserJet 1022 is saying
Manufacturer: Unknown ( 23)
Model:
Status: Ready
And I don't like it say unknown But the main thing is it work.
My windows is calling my printer qnappr. I would like it to call it HP_LJ_1022 or something like that. Why can't I change the name it's call in my qnap
