Dear Kenny:
Please check the following things:

(1) check the TCP/IP settings (Networking Settings> TCP/IP Configuration) of your NAS. If the default gateway is filled in with the address of your NAT router?

(2) Please make sure you have filled in the DNS server IP (e.g 168.95.1.1; 168.95.192.1)

(3) make sure the port range of BT download is forwarded on NAT router.
(if you configure the port range as 6500~6999 for example, you can manual forward the ports of 6500~6999 on NAT router to the LAN IP address of your NAS).

Cheers,

Yes! The default gateway is 192.168.11.1(NAT router)

(2) Please make sure you have filled in the DNS server IP (e.g 168.95.1.1; 168.95.192.1)
Yes

(3) make sure the port range of BT download is forwarded on NAT router.
(if you configure the port range as 6500~6999 for example, you can manual forward the ports of 6500~6999 on NAT router to the LAN IP address of your NAS).
Yes! Below is my network setting for your reference
NAS 109 IP 192.168.11.25
Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 configuration

BT PPPoE1: HINET-FIXED-IP WAN port IP address TCP Port:16881-16991 ⇔ 192.168.11.25 TCP port :16881-16991
BT PPPoE1: HINET-FIXED-IP WAN port IP address UDP port:16881-16991 ⇔ 192.168.11.25 UDP port :16881-16991

Actually, following above configuration, the BT client(PC) download is still 6 times the speed of the Qget.
Any suggestion or you can provide the correct Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 configuration

Dear Kenny.
It seems it moved from 200 times to 6 times. (Let's move forward)

If all the settings are correct on the NAS, initially the NAS will spend some time to calculate and analyze the torrent files, and also try to negotiate with trackers and try to connect to other peers as many as possible.

For the task with more seeds/peers in the list, it has more potential to speed up later. Normally it takes 3~5 mins around to takes off.

I guess you are from TW or HK. I can pm you to exchange torrent files to duplicate the environment here.

Cheers,
