ts201 problem

ts201 problem

Hi

Hoping you’ll help me
I have a ts 201 with two 500 gb hdd
Everything was ok until today…
The “I” light blink in red/green and I can not access my shared folders…
When I lauch the utility it tells me to initialize my hdd
so i formated my hdd's but after a while the i light comes blinking again red/green and i have to go throug the initilization process again
changed my hard drives and also tried to change the firmware version but after a moment the "i" light blink again

does my ts201 need repairing i don't know what to do...
2 long days and nights on it....trying to make it work as it uses to...

Please i DO need help .

Do you know is the 2 drives are detected?

yes the drives are detected but after a while i have to go through all the initialization process,cause the ts isn't recognize anymore and when i manage to access the configuration page it tells me to initialize it...
i also changed the hdd's but the problem is the same
i even flashed the new firmware ,same problem and then went back to my old firmware...(june one dont remember exactly)

Still no answers to my problems...
Are qnap support not ther anymore...
What can i do???
