Plex server folders seen but no files

Plex server folders seen but no files

Hi, I have a ST231p NAS running a Plex server. New install, firmware up to date on both devices (NAS and Sharp-TV).
My Sharp Aquos LExx TV sometimes see the NAS/Plex server and sometimes not. Reboot usually fixes the visibility. Both devices on same LAN.

the issue that is more troubling is the fact that once the TV finds the Plex server it shows shared folders but no files within the folders (no data).

Thanks for any help in case anyone has seen/solved the issue.
